A quick look to the mozilla sourcecode got the solution :-)
You have to set font.FreeType2.enable to false.
You can do this by typing about:config in the url-input field.

Unter allen usern auf meinem System laeuft es prima, nur bei einem
einzigen stuerzt er beim Start ab. Kann sich jemande sowas erklaeren?

$ less nada.log
Now, you can search for the segfault to find the pid and look back up
to see which executable was called under which circunstances.

You need to run gconfd-1 manually first, then it works.
