help with wireless WPA2 Enterprise

hello all, I'm not being able to connect to my company WPA2 Enterprise wireless network using Network-Manager. At home I have a router with "WPA & WPA2 Personal" and I can associate just fine with NM. But, at work, we have a wifi network with "WPA & WPA2 Enterprise" and I'm unable to associate.

Thanks everyone... it worked!!! Apart of some nasty messages as the ones shown below, my WLAN is now up and running smoothly!! I played with iwconfig and /etc/pcmcia/wireless.opts, got the "manfid" number... and learnt about schemes and all that :-) Gracias amigos!! -- The error messages
