This is apparently a generic error. I got it when I had an undended device
section, too many "inputdevice"s, etc. Look at the file and see if there are
any obvious booboos. Syntax is clear enough.

I have run xf86config and xf86cfg with different resolutions and color depths,
but I still end up with the same error.
Any help would be appreciated, I have run out

Yet, i have taken the XF86Config-4 file of a person having the same
computer as me and it works well with this person.
I join to this mail my /var/log/XFree86.0.log and XF84Config-4 files.

this error:
