I use Samba + Ldapas a domain controller but after the update the
version of Debian6 to Debain 7I can't authenticate my users in the Samba
server.

Just did an apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade
dhcp3-client seems to be mutaully exclusive with samba/samba-common.
Installing one takes out the other.

I had tried that before. But after I got your response I went and checked
again.
I had write permisions in the bottom directory of
/var/spool/lpd/.
So I made spool and lpd world writeable also. It works now.

That is not a samba issue it's an lp issue. Check permissions on
everything in /var/spool/lp/
The only time Samba agrees to print HERE is when I make the user an
admin user.
That is using the NT as a samba client. And use the printer attached to
the LINUX box.
I have LINUX 2.0.29 networked to an NT 4.0 server.
How can I persuade Samba to let everyone print ?
