Hi, I just purchased and returned a DDS5 (DAT 72) drive which I was told would be able to ready my DDS4 tapes. I tried two drives, but both failed with the tape becoming irretrievably jammed in the drive. Can someone suggest a SCSI tape storage solution which is upwardly compatible, ie can ready tapes from the previous version?
I prefer to use tape. Debian is my OS. Thanks for your suggestions. David -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
