This problem occurs on a Debian install predominantly intended to
follow the Stable release.
Some packages on the system need to be upgraded to Testing.
A file has been added to /etc/apt/apt.conf.d called 88ccc
$ cat /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/88ccc
//
APT::Default-Release "stable";
//
And /e
