Its in contrib. You need to get netscape for linux 3.0 from
ftp.netscape.com in order for it to work because of Netscape's
restrictive licensing policy.

The 3.0 version is in "contrib". The 3.01 version still hasn't made it out
of Incoming (to my knowledge).
