With this one line in /etc/bootptab,

When I use my server to offer up addresses using DHCP, everything works fine.

I'm having trouble with a bootpd server I recently migrated to a new
box. The old one (potato, kernel 2.2) worked fine. Moved the data to the
new box (testing, kernel 2.4) and most of the clients can get their
leases. The exceptions are some printers (HP 4000's mostly) that

I am trying to set up a boot server in order to boot and install
debian-ppc in a 43P I have here, but I am failing miserably to set up
bootpd. I've never set one of these before. And it is saying:
