SET_DNS='yes'
in /etc/dhcpc/config

I haven't this path on my system because I am using dhclient:
/etc/dhcpc/config (usefull for dhcpc client)

You could continue to let it modify /etc/resolv.conf and use the
supercede option to keep your custom info intact as in the following
snippet from my own (slightly obfuscated)
