I found that this is a bug of kernel module "rtl8723ae"
and it also happens on kernel 5.10
i wasn't able to pin it out because i updated packages right after i
installed it
i was able to find related thread on askubuntu

it was fine on kernel 5.10 it's happening on kernel 5.14
