I tend to be a little conservative in my settings, but I ended up trying something completely wild, and it seems the server found some usable modes. The potato-xf86config seems to support a lot more hardware than the slink version. Kind of obvious, I guess. If you want, I can mail you my XF86Config-file, for reference, be careful, though, it is setup for a 17" monitor that does [EMAIL PROTECTED] hth Vitux
