Hi folks, I'm on a cable connection, and my isp changed its upolod limit from 150 to 500 MB [ better than nothing :( ]. So I intend to have a small www svr, BUT I would like to be able to contain it within my limits: stop the svr if my upload is 400 MB; and I don't know which svr I must use
