providing 500MB disk space, presumably on their Web server, then
you don't need to worry about running a Web server. You create
the page content and upload it to their server using ftp. If you

I'm on a cable connection, and my isp changed its upolod limit from
150 to 500 MB [ better than nothing :( ].
So I intend to have a small www svr, BUT I would like to be able to
contain it within my limits: stop the svr if my upload is 400 MB;
and I don't know which svr I must use
