There are serveral... I use the mpg123 package because I'm not much into
the hassle of click and poke.
You can search for it at http://www.debian.org/packages.html. I'm sure
you will find others there too.

Try the 'l3' package in non-free.
Unfortunately, the package is currently useless, as the period for
evaluating l3 has expired.
