A mon avis, c'est à cause de la disparition de libapache2-mod-php5 que
tu as eu tes déboires du genre: enregistrer le fichier blabla.phtml.

Se você não especificar um banco ao executar o comando mysqldump, ele faz o
dump de todos os bancos. Experimente fazer o dump apenas do banco
(instancia) desejado. Você deve estar importando o banco mysql do
servidor velho no novo e como as versões são diferentes _pode_ estar
causando esse
Na verdade o banco mysql guarda o usuário e senha chamado 'debian-sys-maint',
que ele utiliza no momento do start do banco para fazer o check nas bases. Essa
senha é criptografada e também esta dentro do arquivo /etc/mysql/debian.cnf,
basta você copiar a senha desse arquivo do velho para o novo
