In den change.logs des 2.6.8er kernels konnte ich mit den Suchbegriffen
ISDN ppp und active nichts entdecken [1].

exakt nach Ablauf der idle-time auch bei heftigem Traffic auflegt: Ab
Version 2.6.6 wurde ppp_generic.c gepatch. Wenn man diesen Patch
rückgangig macht, scheint der active-filter wieder zu funktionieren [1].

windows 2000 und XP haben keine Probleme mit einer ppp-verbindung zu
meiner suse-poptop-Box. bei Macs mit einer airportkarte und dem
(10.3-)systemeigenen pptp-client sieht das

pense que c'est un bug de ppp (qui quitte alors qu'il ne devrait pas),
mais j'ai eu la flemme de faire un rapport de bug.

C'est malheureusement possible... vers midi, même topo :( et le modeme
n'avait pas planté puisque que le redémarrage de pppd s'est fait
immédiatement...
