In trying to switch to kernel 2.6(.8) and udev on Sarge, I'm
encountering a problem with diald. It says:
No pty in range pty[p-s][0-9a0-f]
and then fails (saying "Diald is dying with code 1").
Any ideas (what to do to make such device nodes available, or maybe
how to reconfigure diald to use
