Look in /etc/init.d/network. In there you will see a series
of variable definitions and network commands. Create the
same setup (in that file with different numbers) for your
second NIC.

Thanks for the binary but...
when trying to boot with it the kernel uncompreses, gives the message
booting kernel and then stops. My machine is a cyrex 686 200. Does the
binary only work for intell chips? I noticed that specific suport for
non intell chips is a feature of 2.2.0. I guess this means

qt1g_1.42-1.deb depends on libc6 (>= 2.0.7u),
which is not standard on a Hamm System. You've got at least to use a
Slink-System (which is not available on CD, so let's wait another few
weeks :-().
