Sur une Debian Woody :
cd rep
tar cf - * | compress | dd of=/tmp/test.tgz
Le process compress semble planter au bout d'un certain volume (il passe à
99,9% d'utilisation du processeur et le fichier /tmp/test.tgz arrête de
grossir).
Le fichier /tmp/test.tgz atteint :
Avec le noyaux

tune2fs -j /dev/hdXY
ensuite dans /etc/fstab tu changes ext2 en ext3
c tout
Si le noyaux supporte l'ext3, oui. Sinon : recompillation ou initrd.
