Fehlermeldung mit apt-get update

Hi Nach dem Artikel in Linux-Magazin "Debian auf einem 1&1 Server" wollte ich zuerst den beschriebenen Vorgang auf meinem Laptop durführen. Ich habe also ein minimal Potato in eine lehre 2G Partion installiert, ein chroot auf diese Partition gemacht und danach wollte einen Update durchführen.
