Hi, i've got 2 Problems with enscript: 1. The ps I get using enscript -U 2 -p test.ps main.c is cut off at the right side in the middle of the second column. What's the problem? 2. I don't like the fancy header it produces by the option -G. Do you know how to make enscript produce the same o
