It's almost half-half...
Some data is in the public domain while the others are non-free (restrictions
on the commercial
use).

Mario Holbe and I have created a debian package for cgiirc
nearly from scratch.
I've only used the long description from the initial post
on this ITP.

Hi...
I no longer really have the inclination to maintain ttf-freefont, since
I use the bitstream vera fonts instead. I would therefore invite anyone
interested to adopt this package.

Unfortunatly, it will most likely have to be:
cube (contrib)
cube-data (contrib)
cube-data-non-free (non-free)
The reason is that cube can't run without cube-data-non-free.
also, a problem arises, there isn't any libenet debian package.
