I've already seen some users requesting it, while this ITP being silent.
Please put your package somewhere (maybe on mentors.d.n, as Kibi
already said) so that it can be tested.

I've taken a look at the sourceforge site, which shows that the last
release is version 0.5 from February 24, 2004.
Looks like the project is dead and packaging it wouldn't make that much
sense, although I haven't tested the program myself.
