Hi,
this sounds like a pretty interesting target for the Debian Med team.
Would you consider joining the team and get support for sponsering and
technical help if needed?
Kind regards
Andreas.

Hi,
As Franceso Poli has mentioned, this bug is a duplicate of #610623.
#610623 has been fixed, so I've closed this bug by force-merging it with
#610623.
Kind regards,

Hi Andreas,
sure I would like to maintain this in Debian Science. Since this package is
already in
Ubuntu I already contacted the original Ubuntu maintainer Morten Kjeldgaard to
discuss it
with him but he didn't get back to me yet.
So what are you suggesting about the name?

I am interested in this package, and would like to maintain it - I
realise that it is wy to late to get a new upstream version into
Wheezy, but aim to upload a new upstream release when wheezy has been
released.
Hi Radostan,
would you consider maintaining this in Debian Science team?
BTW, clipper is a name that older people like me would connect rather to
databases than crystallography. I do not know whether this is an issue -
just mentioning it.
Kind regards
Andreas.
