I had some time to waste today so I took a stab at it. Main issue is ppsspp is
shipping *a lot* of embedded libraries. Excluding all those and using the
debian ones results in missing two libraries:
udis86 [1] and cityhash [2]. udis86 seems pretty dead upstream so I don't know
