Please close this bug because it has become invalid. nssbackup has been abandonded since the re-merge with the original project sbackup. sbackup release 0.11.0 from the 0.11 series, released 2010-08-19, is identical to the latest nssbackup release. So, packaging nssbackup is no longer required.
