Bug#153648: Please remove oo2c32

The source package oo2c32 is obsolete and has been superceded
by oo2c.

Unfortunately, both oo2c and oo2c32 build the same binary packages:
        liboo2c
        oo2c

The binary packages should of course remain in the archive.
