No, because your Maintainer: and Changed-By: lines in the .changes file don't match exactly: Maintainer: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Changed-By: Chris Boyle <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Maintainer: comes from debian/control, while Changed-By: comes from the top entry in debian/changelog.
