With newer upstream releases my former statement is no longer valid. I have cleanly packaged structorizer now (and it wasn't hard) so that it only uses java libraries already in Debian:
http://people.debian.org/~debalance/structorizer/ AFAIK the only thing left to do is work out the copyright/licensing. If somebody would step up to do that - awesome!
