Hi Raphael,

I don't know why you retitled 655268 from RFP to ITP and set Richard Tatyr as
the owner.  Richard Tatyr submitted an RFP, not an ITP.  There's already ITP
440835 owned by Székelyi Szabolcs : bug 440835.
