Gandhi is a font with a serif and sans version. The zip font file is at http://www.tipografiagandhi.com/common/zip/gandhi_sans_and_serif.zip This is the license, I think it is fine to use in Debian (or maybe the no derivative clause is a problem). The license text is in Spanish, but also given in English.
