Just like you, I'm not a debian developer, just an enthusiast. I guess
that's why I did not check for ITPs before packaging dict-revo. As well as I
did not notice first that your mail was CCed to the relevant bug. That's why
I redo my answer.

I've just discovered that you maintain an unofficial
Debian package for dict-revo
(http://www.ens-lyon.fr/~mquinson/deb.html#dict-revo).
There is a demand for dict-revo in the Debian
distribution, and to the best of my knowledge, no one
else is working on it. I have not yet looked at
