I intent to package migemo, which is new interface to search Japanese
incrementaly.  Usually, to search Japanese text, user should convert
Kana to Kanji first.  But, migemo doesn't require such conversion.
Migemo make it possible to search Japanese words with Romaji instantly.

It also provides Lingua::Romkan, which is used to generate Romaji Kana
conversion table for migemo in build time.  I also package it as
liblingua-romkan-perl
