Althea is now in the unstable distribution of Debian, apt-gettable and all. (Release 0.4.1-2 is apt-gettable currently, and a newer release 0.4.1-3 has been uploaded but has not yet been installed.) Therefore I am closing this bug again. Adrian, please correct me if I'm wrong again, but this time I do not think I am.
