It would be really cool if the changelogs for a given package could be
found on the package homepage (i.e. the pages on
http://packages.debian.org/).
I realize it could be potentially difficult to do... maybe it could be
sucked from the package's .diff

After banging my head against the wall a few times (first time I ever used
CVS, nowhere in the manpage does it say how to create a ~/.cvspass file, I
finally ended up just touch(1)ing it), I managed to check out the dutch
and english modules from cvs.

Interesting, the manual page doesn't actually list the login command.
It's on the cvs --help screen, though.
