Thanks for your time.
I've found that at least Spanish and Portuguese translations of
releases/index do not seem to be updated to 1.38 but to 1.37 instead.
That's maybe sensible as the difference is the address and the name of
the new signature files (has changed from ziyi_key_2005.asc t
