ftp.de.debian.org is not working ???

Hello what is up ? where is the server of ftp.de.debian.org located ? I was updating from squeeze 6.0.4 to wheezy-testing, and updating is already breaking off 3th time. Now the above server seems to be down, when I try apt-get dist-upgrade ??? Several packages cannot be fixed resp. dependencies
