File has been commited to the git repo:
http://git.debian.org/?p=webwml/packages.git;a=commitdiff;h=5e05c20
For your information, strings have evolved, so zh-tw.po files have now
some untranslated and fuzzy strings.

Hence oldstable is temporarily commented from both
search_contents-form.inc and search_packages-form.in

What about :
- advertising archive.debian.net or $LOCATION at http://archive.debian.org/ ?
- having an official package search engine for archived distribution
- merging engines for both old and new distributions ?

What is done in release-notes makefile and works like a charm:
publish: statistics.html
[...]
echo "AddCharset UTF-8 .txt" > $(PUBLISHDIR)/.htacce
BTW, do you still reproduce it on your machine ?
If yes, makefile dependencies should be improved.

So don't hesitate to report on the list issues / proposals for fixes.

I suspect there is a misconfiguration somewhere.
Thanks for your report.
Indeed work on Squeeze release-notes began before the right
configuration was done.
It's now ok:
