FYI, I was on the donations page (https://www.debian.org/donations) and got a 403 when I clicked on the "hardware wanted" link (https://wiki.debian.org/Hardware/Wanted).
Edit: this happens if I'm on my VPN. I'm able to get to the page if I get off the VPN. I'm sending this anyway because I think blocking VPNs is a bug.
