Hi Doug,
This mistake is due to the recent update to Debian Constitution
(v1.8). Vote counting was moved from A.6 to A.5. I have fixed this in
the repo. The fix should be online in a few hours. Thank you!

Debian does not include non-free firmware in official installation media,
and you can download unoficial CD/DVD with non-free firmware in
https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/,
as stated in the installation manual (
