I think this is due to:
ssh picconi.debian.org ls -l
/srv/packages.debian.org/archive/debports/sid/Contents-arm64.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 pkg_user pkg_maint 27303127 Nov 6 2014
/srv/packages.debian.org/archive/debports/sid/Contents-arm64.gz
Deleting that file should solve it.
