When X exits (tdfx) it causes all my usb devices to stop working until I
unplug them + plug them back in. This persists in text mode and X.

on my IBM ThinkPad 600 (NM 2160). Turning on Option "NoAccel" stopped
this, but performance was unacceptable. None of the various "xaaNo*"
