Is anyone building -0pre1v4? If not I've got a build going and can

I attach here a draft of the smallish patch to enable the building of
the driver SDK. The patch only patches the debian directory, and no
upstream patch is needed anymore, since the 000_post430.diff patch
already includes them.
For the rest, i have created a xfree86-driver-sdk package

After updating from X 4.2.1-12 to X 4.2.1-13 i get a SIGSEV when X is
started. Before exiting the screen shows odd white and green patterns.
I'm on a GeForce FX 5600 with nvidia binary driver.

forces X to use cpp-3.2 would be a good one. But I don't see where to
start in tracking it down. Is it already reported to GCC Bugzilla?...
