I'm afraid this bug doesn't come from Xfree only, but
rather from xfree and kde. I've tried to launch
xscreensaver from twm with the command "xscreensaver &
xscreensaver-demo" and the opengl screensavers are..

xv driver. This happened after I migrated to kernel 2.6 and XFree 4.3
from unstable. Before that I was using kernel 2.4 (and I think 2.6.0)
