I just got a new video card with a SiS 330 (Xabre) in it. The sis driver
doesn't seem to work too well with it. The rest of my report shows the
vesa driver because that's what I had to use to get X to start properly.
When I use the sis

xft-config --version outputs nothing (an empty line). the reason eems
to be that the xft-config ascript has this line:
version=
this means that most packages will not detect the presence of xft-config
properly, or at all.
