I am running Debian Etch on a Gigabyte GA-K8N51PVMT-9 motherboard
with an integrated nVidia GeForce 6150 (NV44 core) GPU.
I have tried to use the nv driver but without success. Could you please

This issue was fixed for a few days, but with the latest Xorg package
in Sid, the problem has reappeared. Using x11-common version 1:7.0.18.
Please let me know if there is any specific troubleshooting information
you need, or if you would prefer I file a new bug.

I've just upgraded from xorg 6.9 and I couldn't start KDE anymore. I
found out that the problem was whith the ICE socket directory, that
didn't exist. This directory is supposed to be created by the x11-common
