Hi list,
On squeeze/testing, when I set things like two finger scrolling in the
hal config files (as below), X does not pick this up. Setting the
options in xorg.conf does work. Any idea? Thanks!

JFTR: drm-modules-source fails to build on 2.6.30:
Thanks for the report - I've built a newer snapshot and it builds fine
against 2.6.30. I'll test it on suitable hardware tonight and upload
(~8h).

I DL'ed and installed xserver-xorg-video-intel_2.7.99.901-3_amd64.deb
and then installed the xorg-core -3 and restarted just fine.

I assume once you installed the new intel driver you also installed the
-core -3? I would guess since there is a ABI change

rules: Add a missing semicolon (FTBFS).
I included the wrong xorg.conf details. I have two Debian systems and
entered the bug report from the system with a different driver (nv)
which works fine. I will re-submit the but with the right driver and
xorg.conf information.

the screen blank. I can do ctrlaltF2 then log in blind and reboot. I
can also access the system with ssh etc. Revovering from hibernate
