moved my config aside and attached both a log without evdev loaded (as it is
the current default after booting my system) and with evdev loaded manually.
Like before, without loading evdev manually I can't use my keyboard and
mouse at all. Hope the logs will help to figure out the proble

Summary for Fujitsu Lifebook S6010:
Squeeze intel xorg driver completely freezes the machine, the screen
goes unhealthy white, nothing works.
Lenny intel driver cannot find an LVDS panel it can recognise and
aborts, machine works, x does not.
Neither squeeze nor lenny vesa driver works (and
