If I'm reading strace correctly, it's failing in a read of
/lib/i686/cmov/libdl.so.2:
access(/etc/ld.so.nohwcap, F_OK) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or
directory)
Not sure if this has been properly addressed or not, but if so, this
would seem to represent an addressable bug.
