All /Compose files don't make sense if locales are not supposed to

entering dead_acute + c results in a c with cedilla in xterm (correct) but an

I am trying to build xorg from svn://necrotic.deadbeast.net/xorg/xorg/trunk.
I think that there is a small bug in debian/scripts/split-source: the command
"cd $path" should be removed in order for the source to be split correctly.
