Just for the record, upgrading from 4.2.1-6 to
4.2.1-6pre7v2, on a T23, resolves the savage
"x-not-starting" chipset problem (Bug#182986).

Updated sources.list, apt-get update and then dist-upgrade. Worked
fine, no problems during the upgrade. Runs great, not experienced any
